The Myco-Crypt is a cavern of towering fungal pillars whose spores project fragile, glowing shells in the shapes of the dead. These "echo-bodies" drift between columns like ghostly mannequins.
For generations they collapsed if spoken to, but recently some have begun whispering first, hinting at invasions no one remembers and futures yet to arrive. Shattering an echo-body scatters spores that may seed the viewer's own visage into the cavern, ensuring their likeness haunts the Myco-Crypt long after they are gone.
