Azure Crown Mesa is the tallest of the mesa formations in Velkar Spires, crowned by the Sky-Archivum, a living library of storm-glass slates. Earthkin scribes and Elven wind-chanters etch these slates with windsongs, histories, and oaths, suspending them from cliffside shelves that sway in the constant updrafts.
Goblin tinkers devised pulley-wings and lift-cradles to shuttle slates between shelves, riding the winds to maintain the archive. When Solivar's light breaks across the glaciers, the mesa's crown glows in hues of blue and violet, visible for leagues and serving as a navigational landmark for skyships and caravans alike.
