Storm-Glass Shards are fulgurite rods formed when sky-fire strikes the Steppe. They hold a lingering static charge and faintly sing when handled.
Velkar kite-smiths and Aurex reliquaries purchase the shards for use in stormcraft and reliquary wards. Mishandling the glass can shock handlers, and Human artisans notch safe-grip grooves before export to reduce accidents.
