Proof Courts are vast amphitheaters in Civitas Prime where statutes are argued as algorithms. Citizens present laws, processes, or proposals, and opposing advocates stress-test them through debate, simulation, and magical modeling.

Above the courts, the civic Codex runs parallel proofs, auditing for contradictions and inefficiencies. Laws that survive a Proof-Break are etched into chrome tablets; those that fail are archived as instructive errors.
