Storm-Wraith Corsairs are rogue sky-riders who haunt the storm-lanes of Velkar Spires. They channel oath-breaker energy into griefglass gliders and dive from thunderclouds to ambush caravans and skyships.
Their storm-masked faces hide broken vows, and captured travelers risk being bound into the corsairs' false oaths. Some sky-clans insist that only an unbroken oath sworn aloud in the heart of a storm can ward off their raids.
