The Heliarch's Spire is the towering lighthouse-temple at the heart of Solarion Keep. Its central lens is the largest prism in Velthuryn, casting edicts across the sea as beams of colored light.
The Spire doubles as tribunal and parliament: to stand in its primary beam and speak is to be judged by light itself. Words spoken within are refracted into radiant sigils that etch into stone tablets, glowing faintly as long as the vow or sentence endures.
