The Ever-Blooming Corpse is a petrified treant in a cavern of fossil oaks deep within Myrrun Hollow. Despite its stone body, it continuously sprouts fresh corpse-flowers that never wilt, their stench growing stronger each year.
Locals whisper that the flowers are feeding on grief from wars on the surface. Some druids want the blooms severed and studied; others fear that cutting them may rouse whatever ancient consciousness still dreams inside the treant.
