Decay Processions are pilgrimage-caravans of Faun and Fungril pilgrims who travel between caverns singing rot-hymns while carrying tribute bundles. At each stop a portion of cargo is left behind as an offering to the Hollow itself.

Anything carried onward is considered blessed by decay and fetches higher prices. Outsiders may join under guest-rots, but refusal to leave offerings brands them unwelcome at every gate. Spectral rot-wardens are said to rise when tribute is withheld, draining vitality until balance is restored.
