Echo-Boars are herds of tusked swine roaming the Nokhul Vale whose ivory grows hollow resonance chambers. Their tusks replay trapped screams and battlefield cries when jostled.

The sound of their own echoed panic terrifies the herds, causing them to stampede blindly through root-paths and terraces. Hunters sometimes harvest an echo-tusk as a warning horn; others bury them deep, unwilling to hear the past again.
