The Canopy Echo is an ancient oak in the Nokhul Vale's high canopy that Simiah folk swear remembers every vow broken beneath its boughs. At deepglow, its leaves rustle those promises aloud in overlapping whispers.
The tree exposes lies, forgotten debts, and secrets best left buried. Some clans hold truth-circles beneath its branches to clear old oaths; others avoid it entirely, unwilling to hear what the canopy remembers.
